Groundwork has a long history of supporting members of
communities of all ages and backgrounds to take ownership and bring
about real and lasting change to their neighbourhoods and
strengthen community networks.
Our community workers are experienced in a variety of participatory and consultation methodologies. We help groups and individuals identify local priorities and link to funding opportunities, work together effectively as groups and develop their own leadership potential. The learning opportunities within this development are supported with recognised qualifications.
