Farm to Fork helps schools develop a food growing area within their school grounds. Children learn how to grow a wide range of fruit and vegetables, visit a local farm and also take part in activities tied into the curriculum in art and geography.
Sow & Grow sessions give children hands-on experience of growing food and looks at locally grown food, the issues surrounding food miles, organic growing methods and healthy eating.
Allotment Activities combines the benefits of bringing under-used allotment sites back into use with practical food-growing workshops suitable for all ages. This provides physical activity and promotes the growing and eating of healthy food using organic principles.
Mini Food Adventures encourage pre-school children to experience healthy foods from different countries and cultures before eating habits become too ingrained.
