Groundwork Black Country will be holding a free 'Green Day' on Saturday September 26th at Wolverhampton Environmental Centre.

A range of activities for children and adults will be taking place at the centre between 9.30am and 3pm.

Activities

Please note that all children must be accompanied by an adult:

• Orchard talks
• Vegetable plot management
• Hay-meadow creation
• Arts and crafts
• Food growing
• Willow weaving
• Recycling activities
• Wildlife surveying
• Bumble bee nest box building
• Path creation
• Construction of educational boards
